Clean, comfortable and modern hotel, the staff was wonderful and the location of the hotel is excellent, the rooftop restaurant is a must visit. Thank you to Sandra at the reception for taking such good care of our little family. Tuk-tuk's are readily available outside the hotel to take you the all the must see areas of Fort Kochi.

We arrived early and were truly welcomed by the staff. The hotel inside is beautiful, the painting on the wall, beautiful refreshing fountain and areas to sit and enjoy the peace in comfort. Our room was large, very clean , and had everything we needed. The roof top pool area was so welcoming after mornings out sightseeing and watching the very large beautifully coloured birds soar above our heads whilst taking in the view from the pool was breathtaking. The restaurant served excellent choices and quality of food, we had dinners outdoors on the rooftop and the staff went above and beyond to help us choose. All the staff were friendly and helpful in particular Vishak who reserved us the perfect table for 2 with views over the fort. Vishak was so helpful and attentive he is a credit to the hotel as were many others we interacted with. The hotel was situated in an area where you could walk or take tuk tuks to many shops and restaurants and also the beach. Would go back.,10/10

Wonderfull stay from April 10 to April 13. Our group of 14 people were delighted to spend these 3 days in this exceptional hotel in downtown Kochi. Staff is attentive; Rooms are very comfortable. Food is refined and copious, well representative of India at its best. The architecture of the building is well adapted to the country and its climate with a swimming pool on the roof having a comlete viex over old Fort Cochin.

We had a wonderful stay at Fragrant Nature. The room was lovely - very large and clean, staff very helpful. As mentioned in other reviews the location feels a little bit out of the way from the main Fort Kochi, but good tuk tuk tour from outside hotel. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but had some snacks by the pool and at our room which were all very good and good breakfast with lots of variety. Loved the rooftop pool watching the eagles 🦅
